Find out everything you need to know about joining us, how to proceed after the first interview and the first steps as a new member of the 7P team. You can apply conveniently via our contact form.  After we have received your application, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Getting to know each other
Your application has convinced us. We will arrange an introductory meeting with you either online or in person.

Next steps
If the first meeting was positive, we will invite you to another interview. You will get to know some of your future colleagues. We will also discuss the terms of your joining us.

Job offer
If you are as enthusiastic as we are, we will make you an attractive offer. After you have signed the contract, you can start with us on the agreed date.

Step 2 – Your onboarding experience

Welcome aboard!

Shortly before you start with us, you will receive an invitation to our Welcome Day across all locations. If you would like to experience this remotely from home, your hardware will be conveniently sent to your home.

Welcome Day Part 01

On the Welcome Day you will get to know many new colleagues. In the morning we will introduce you to the Seven Principles Group. You will receive information about our four companies and important contact persons. You will also learn everything you need to know about your benefits at 7P.

Welcome Day Part 02

After lunch together, you will meet your colleagues from Seven Principles Mobility GmbH. You can continue to get to know each other and exchange ideas. In addition, from now on you will be well prepared for your first days.

Your team for a successful start!

People Manager

Your people manager will support you right from the start and ensure a smooth start. You will be accompanied throughout the 3 to 6-month onboarding process and beyond.

Project Manager

Your project manager will help you get to know your future tasks and customers. All project processes will be explained to you and you will support you in your tasks right from the start.

Feel Good Manager

Together with your people manager, you choose your feel-good partner. Your chosen contact person will help you settle in, introduce you to your colleagues and always have an open ear for you.

Experience of our colleagues

The whole team gave me a warm welcome and I immediately felt at home. It's great that everyone has their own contact person at their side, who can help with all questions and is happy to provide information; even if there is repeated demand.
